Linda Lu, our Associate, joined De Saxe O’Neill Family Lawyers in 2019. Linda completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Technology. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Linda’s main practice areas are within family law and estate planning. She attends divorce hearings. Linda also conducts parenting and property settlement negotiations. When required, Linda will attend proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia. Linda also drafts will and assists clients with their estate planning needs.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Linda worked in the banking and financial services industry for 10 years. This allowed Linda to have a great amount of exposure to customer services, retail banking, financial planning, mortgage broking and property law. This previous experience together with her legal knowledge are invaluable in providing legal advice and services to clients.
Linda Lu Associate is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
In her spare time outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family. She can often be found at the gym doing crossfit and weight training.
