Kaila is a dedicated family lawyer who became a valuable addition to our team in 2024. Kaila graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2020 and was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Kaila commenced her career working in the NSW Police Call centre, which ably equipped her to interact with people evenly and empathically with them often in distress. Her move to family law commenced in the court and, Kaila spent two years as an Associate to Judicial Officers at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia where she found a genuine enthusiasm and passion for family law. Her experience at the Court has endowed her with an unparalleled insight into complex property and parenting matters.
Kaila is pragmatic but compassionate in her approach. Kaila is a creative thinker, who prides herself on identifying workable solutions and achieving positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Kaila is an avid traveller with a love of good food, exercise and books.
