Ella joined De Saxe O’Neill Family Lawyers in March 2025 as a Paralegal. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science at UNSW, with graduation expected in 2026.
Before joining our team, Ella worked as a court monitor, where she developed a strong understanding of the legal system and observed first-hand how different approaches to advocacy can shape outcomes.
Having grown up overseas, Ella brings an open and adaptable perspective to her work. Her international upbringing has equipped her with the ability to connect across cultures and approach situations with flexibility and empathy.
Ella is particularly drawn to family law because it combines advocacy, negotiation and problem-solving to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys live music, travelling, and spending quality time with friends.
